The shell of the 18650 lithium battery cases is used to hold the discharge solution and the electrode plate assembly. It should be made of materials with acid resistance, heat resistance, shock resistance, good insulation and mechanical strength.
Our 304 stainless steel 18650 battery case with cap and insulation gasket is mainly used for battery lab, you will still need cylindrical battery grooving machine to groove the case before the sealing process.
Today, we sold 20 sets of 18650 cases to our new client from the USA, it is used for his company laboratory, including cases, cap and top/bottom gasket.
