We get an order for 8 sets of 1700C Muffle Furnace from our customer on 19th May, and now they are all completed and ready to ship to our customer. A muffle furnace also call a muffle oven (sometimes retort furnace in historical usage) is a furnace in which the subject material is isolated from the fuel and all of the products of combustion, including gases and flying ash.[1] After the development of high-temperature heating elements and widespread electrification in developed countries, new muffle furnaces quickly moved to electric designs.
Muffle furnaces allow rapid high-temperature heating, recovery, and cooling in self-contained, energy-efficient cabinets. A variety of sizes, temperature control models and maximum temperature settings are available.
Muffle furnaces are capable of reaching and holding temperatures as high as 1800°C (3270°F). They are used in a variety of applications, including lab materials to conduct experiments, brazing and soldering. Muffle furnaces are ideal for ashing samples, heat-treating applications, and materials research.
