The battery cell formation and grading machine is the ideal equipment for battery factories to sort different grade battery cells before they sell to clients. It is also can be used for battery pack lines, to check the capacity and cycles of purchased batteries.
Generally, we provide the 5V3A model to most of our clients, the channels can be 256 and 512, and other channels can be customized. But today, we want to introduce our custom model 5V10A with 256 channels 18650 battery grading machine to you, it is an energy feedback type, which can save power and less heat during the charge and discharge process. Also, it is not only a whole cabinet controlled, but also you can control each testing point independently, sending different test steps to each test clamp. As for clamps, it is very convenient for placing cells, because we design support for batteries, you can first put the cells on the support, then place support on the cabinet, then close the clamps with a pneumatic switch.
