This 0.4L Planetary Ball Mill is designed for mixing, fine grinding, and preparing small volume high-tech material production, suitable for rapid, efficient and accurate sample development, mixing and homogenization in the laboratory. It has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turning plate. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. (Note: granularity of grand products is dependent on the material properties, size, and quantity of milling media and processing time. According to the customer's feedback, Min granularity can be as small as 0.1 um).

Working Principle

0.4L Planetary Ball Mill has four ball grinding jar holders installed on one planetary disk. When the planetary disk rotates, the jar axis makes planetary movements and the balls in the jars grind and mixes samples in high-speed movement. The instrument can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. The Min granularity of grinded products can be as small as 0.1 microns.
