The wet film coating wet film applicator 4 sides is designed to be used on the flat substrates to apply uniform paint, binders and similar products.

1. Four side coating device is designed for use in the substrate flat top uniform coating of paint, adhesive and similar products.
2. Multi slot coating is the diversity of choice and the fixed groove evaporator precision combined in one instrument. Applicable to water, acid and alkaline products.

Coating thickness: 5μm，10μm，15μm，20μm one each side or 50, 100, 150, 200μm one each side

Suggestion: for lithium battery lab research, we usually use the K04 or K08 with thickness 150um or 250um.

Method of Application:
1. Fix the sample on the platform and it can't move when the preparer slides over.
2. Select the preparation device according to the required wet film thickness, and place it on the short side of the sample plate, close to the parallel or specified position.
3. Pour about 5 ml of the sample on the front of the preparer, hold the ends with your fingers, and let it slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/sec, then obtain the wet film of the required thickness.
4. After use, wash it with solvent and apply oil or vaseline.
