NDJ-1S/5S/8S digital display viscometer, this instrument uses a new generation of mechanical design, beautiful production process. It adopts microcomputer control technology and RS-232C printer interface, which can collect data correctly. The display screen adopts a high-brightness LED display with blue backlight, and the data is displayed clearly.
This viscometer has high measurement sensitivity, good anti-interference performance, reliable test results, and convenient operation. It is an instrument used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.
Features
1. NDJ series digital viscometer, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through a variable speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will generate a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the vicious moment; contrary, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the vicious moment. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected and picked up by the sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after computer processing.
2. This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement sensitivity, good anti-interference performance, wide working voltage (110V-240V, 50HZ-60HZ-12V), reliable test results, convenient use and operation, and beautiful appearance. It is used to measure Newtonian liquids. The instrument of absolute viscosity and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids can be widely used in the measurement of the viscosity of various objects such as grease, paint, plastics, drugs, accessories, coatings and detergents.
3. The display clearly shows the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid and its full percentage value during measurement.
4. This instrument is equipped with 4 types of rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4).
5. NDJ-5S has 4 speeds (6, 12, 30, 60 rpm) and 16 combinations, which can measure the viscosity of various liquids within the measurement range.
6. NDJ-8S has 8 speeds (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), 32 combinations of which can measure the viscosity of various liquids within the measurement range value.
